Shaoxing SONGHAI Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. since 1999 and located in Xinchang High-tech Industrial Park, Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of high-precision filtration equipment for grinding fluid/cutting fluid. All products are independently developed, with more than 40 invention patents, utility model patents, scientific and technological achievements, and software works, and some products have won the honorary certificate of "the first (set) equipment in Zhejiang Province".
The company has successively won the honors and titles of Zhejiang Science and Technology Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, National High-tech Enterprises, Zhejiang Specialized and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and passed ISO management system certification.
Our products are mainly used in the bearing industry, auto parts industry, and steel cold rolling industry. The customer base covers more than 20 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government, and exports to Russia, Europe, South Asia and other countries and regions. SVF-P series Large Flow Vacuum Filter

It is filtered by large-format filter paper, suitable for high flow centralized filtration of grinding fluid/cutting fluid；
High filtration accuracy, low operating energy consumption, and extremely low failure rate；
The standard processing capacity is 100T/h~1000T/h, and the filter rating can up to 20um；
Customizable additional features.

SVF-SMART series Compact Vacuum Filter

It is filtered by high-precision filter paper, suitable for high-precision filtration of grinding fluid/cutting fluid；
Fully protected design in accordance with CE standards, extremely low operating noise, suitable for placement next to machine tools or production lines；
Filtration capacity ≤ 600L/min, and the filter rating up to 15um.

SPBF series Pressure Belt Filter

Standardized design, cost-effective, high-performance filter for medium to low flow centralized filtration of grinding fluid/grinding oil；
Using circulating filter belt filtration technology, there is no filter consumables for normal operation；
Large effective filtration area, low slag discharge frequency, more energy saving, and higher filtration cleanliness；
The standard processing capacity can reach up to 300T/h, and the filtration accuracy can reach 25um in 4 standard models.

HFPF-A series Standard Pre-Coat Filter

The large frame structure is designed for easy maintenance and can be customized according to the application site；
Using fiber pre-coating filtration technology, the filter rating can reach 5um, suitable for high-flow and high-precision filtration of super essential oil (honing oil)；
It can be permanently cleaned using stainless steel rigid line gap filter element, large filtration area and a variety of standard specifications with a processing capacity of 100T/h~500T/h.

HFPF-i series Integrated Pre-Coat Filter

Integrated design for small and medium-sized applications；
Using fiber pre-coating filtration technology, the filter rating can reach 5um, suitable for small and medium-sized high-precision filtration of super essential oil (honing oil)；
It can be permanently cleaned using stainless steel rigid line gap filter element, and a variety of standard specifications with a processing capacity of 350L/min~1750L/min.

BPF series Cartridge Filter

Disposable filter element filtration technology is adopted, which is suitable for cleaning oil filtration with low pollution, and the filtration method can be selected as 1 or 2 stages, and the filtration accuracy is controlled by the filter element installed in the filter, and the common filter rating is 1-5um.

HPD series Grinding Chips Briquetting machine

A large number of mature application of professional-grade grinding slag briquetting treatment equipment, the lowest moisture content of grinding slag after briquetting can be less than 10%；
The German Rexroth high-performance hydraulic power system and professional anti-wear compression chamber technology are used to ensure long service life and dehydration performance；
The maximum processing capacity can reach 200kg/h.

Return Pump Station

Single-machine ground installation type, multi-machine shared ground installation type, multi-machine shared semi-underground installation type, large-scale centralized liquid return lifting type, can be customized according to the application scenario.

MSC-W Horizontal Magnetic Rod Filter

The high-density horizontal installation of magnetic rods is used to carry out high-precision magnetic separation and filtration of liquids,which is suitable for high-flow CBN grinding coolant filtration, steel cold-rolled emulsion filtration, and galvanizing line emulsion filtration.
The processing capacity is from 1000L/min to 13000L/min, and the iron content in the liquid after filtration ≤ 150ppm.

MSC-Disk series Magnetic Separator

It adopts disc magnetic field design, which is suitable for small and medium-sized flow economical liquid magnetic separation and filtration
The maximum processing capacity is 500L/min.

LSS series Screw Conveyor

It is suitable for long-distance transportation of all kinds of metal chips, with large diameter and small pitch design, not afraid of winding;
Patented intermediate hanging shaft structure, large torque, small space, more convenient maintenance design;
The working distance and installation method can be customized on demand.

GP series Scraper Conveyor

It is suitable for grinding and short and medium distance conveying of aluminum alloy chips;
Direct reducer drive and chain drive are optional;
