MSC-W Horizontal Magnetic Rod Filter
The processing capacity is from 1000L/min to 13000L/min, and the iron content in the liquid after filtration ≤ 150ppm.
The horizontal magnetic rod filter is a permanent magnet filtration device. The two ends of the magnetic rod are bolted to the transmission chain, and the interval between each magnetic rod is less than 14mm, so that the working magnetic field is superimposed on each other without gap, so as to achieve efficient and complete filtration processing capacity.
Because the magnetic rod is placed in the filter for flat water, it is also called a horizontal magnetic rod filter.
The horizontal magnetic rod filter is a mechatronics product with continuous working system, which is one of the core products developed by SONGHAI.
The equipment adopts a standardized design and is equipped with an electrical system with independent operation control. It adopts the fully automatic operation mode, and you can choose "| local | stop | remote |" three working modes, and equipped with corresponding I/O contacts for users to access the unit PLC for centralized monitoring or operation.
Working principle:
The liquid to be treated is fed from the inlet at the bottom of the magnetic rod filter, flows through the distribution pipe at a constant pressure and slowly, flows through the gap between the magnetic rods mounted on the conveyor chain, and then flows out through the output port. The distribution plate designed between the magnetic rod and the output port allows the liquid flow to flow evenly and stably through the entire magnetic field.
The small ferromagnetic particles in the liquid are trapped by the magnetic field and adhere to the magnetic rods, which are driven by the conveyor chain and slowly pass through the cleaning station, and the magnetic rods are cleaned by the magnetic rod cleaning mechanism.
The swept iron sludge falls into the screw conveyor, discharges the magnetic filter body, and falls into a collection container.
The magnetic rod cleaning mechanism works according to the following process:
In the forward stroke, the cleaning device is closed, so that the scraper blade is combined with the magnetic rod, and the adsorbed particles are swept away from the rod; On the return strock, the cleaning device is turned on and the scraper blade is separated from the magnetic rod.
Each forward stroke is a cleaning action, and three magnetic rods are processed simultaneously during cleaning, and the cleaning device moves a magnetic rod every forward stroke and a return stroke, so that each magnetic rod will be repeatedly cleaned three times.
The operation of the conveyor chain and the cleaning mechanism of the magnetic rod is driven by a speed-regulating motor, which is coupled to a step-by-step operation through a variety of variable speed mechanisms, and the running speed of the cleaning device can be adjusted according to the working conditions.
