The grinding residue produced by the grinding process, whether it is squeezed by a magnetic separator, discharged by a negative pressure filtration system, or blown by a positive pressure filtration system with compressed air, contains a large amount of liquid composition. And because the discharged grinding slag structure is loose, it also takes up a lot of space for stacking, which brings great inconvenience to transportation and temporary storage, and also causes considerable waste of grinding fluid.
Compared with the high energy consumption of compressed air drying, the low efficiency of rubber roller extrusion and the high wear of mechanical screw extrusion, and the liquid content and volume compression rate of grinding residue treated by the above methods are not ideal.
