Product description

This is a high-performance precision pre-coated filtration system that also uses a rigid high-precision line-gap filter element precision welded with stainless steel wedge wire as the coating matrix of pre-coated powder.

It is composed of a number of small filters to form a filtration array, and integrates the pre-coating powder feeding and mixing pre-coating unit assembly, the filter residue recovery and dehydration unit component and the electrical control system component, and adopts the overall sheet metal process to design a centralized precision filtration unit, which is convenient for miniaturized layout and application.

• The construction of the filtration system needs to be implemented with dirty and clean oil tanks and filtration and liquid supply pump units.

• It can also be used for upgrading on the basis of the user's existing oil tank and oil pump.
