Product description

This product is mainly used in gear grinders, crankshaft grinders, wind power, large precision bearing grinders for railways, etc., machine tools with high precision requirements, large liquid flow rate for single machines, or small and medium-sized grinding production lines.

The whole machine adopts an integrated fully enclosed design, and most of the components such as filter pump, reducer, valve controller are built into the closed hood, with no leakage of moving parts, in line with CE safety standards, and achieve better sound insulation and noise reduction performance.

The high-performance negative pressure circulation filtration technology and exquisite appearance design make this machine more suitable for production site layout applications.

1、Main structure

• Fully enclosed integrated design with aluminum alloy cover assembly and access door

• High-strength stainless steel wedge-shaped wire strip structure filter screen plate

• Built-in recirculating filter pump with silent mounting assembly and stainless steel shock gauge display

• Large opening negative pressure chamber cleaning inspection port

• Separate degreasing compartment with stainless steel disc degreaser (only for water-soluble abrasive fluid systems)

• Direct transmission system, equipped with heavy-duty gear reducer
